The year 2018 was a banner year for UDENNA LAND as we embarked on our journey to build homes, create bonds, and develop communities. The company booked PhP 2.1 billion in revenues - a 263% growth over the previous year coming from land sales, leasing activities, and port revenues. Core net income excluding extraordinary items amounted to a total of PhP 2.8 billion, an increase of 260% from the previous year.

Udenna Tower

The 24-storey Udenna Tower at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) launched in 2018 garnered a Gold status in terms of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Amounting to PhP 2.2 billion in project value, the Udenna Tower houses our very own corporate headquarters at the BGC.

The Rise of a New Premier Central Business District

Clark Global City (CGC), a premier city development in Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ), was acquired in November 2017 and launched in 2018. The City is a modern, disaster-resilient, 177-hectare master planned mixed-use development. With the current congestion of Metro Manila, CGC is a strong alternative Central Business District outside the NCR.

Beyond Expectations

Another jewel of the UDENNA LAND Group is the Calaca Industrial Seaport Corp. Since the acquisition by Phoenix Petroleum back in 2009, the seaport has outperformed forecasts and management expectations. The seaport’s strategic location in Calaca, Batangas along Balayan Bay, provides an avenue for manufacturers to allow the efficient flow of goods and materials from vessels to depots, warehouses, and manufacturing plants to distribution channels.
