GGDC Partners With Excelsium To Develop Areas In Clark Global City

One of the country’s most dynamic companies for property development with a decisive vision, partners with one of the most notable emerging companies in real estate investment.

23 July 2019, Manila Philippines – Global Gateway Development Corp. (GGDC), owned by Udenna’s Clark Global City Corp. (CGCC), has contracted Excelsium, Inc. to develop over 130 hectares of remaining undeveloped areas in Clark Global City.

This land development and construction project is estimated to cost around PhP4-billion and will last for 22 months from signing of the agreement between the parties.

Part of the vision for Clark Global City is to make it a suitable place for business, life, and innovation that would attract the country’s young labor force. What can be more appropriate than to partner with a like-minded team known for its engineering innovation,” GGDC Chairman Dennis A. Uy said.

By joining forces with Excelsium, we can sooner bring to fruition our vision of developing Clark Global City as the new center for business,” Freddie Placino, President of Clark Global City said.

Excelsium, Inc. (EI) is a special purpose vehicle under Excelsior Holdings, Inc. (EHI), a real estate investment company focused on residential, office and commercial developments in Metro Manila and in Region 3, particularly in Clark Global City. EI is dedicated to exploring opportunities in the growing real estate market inside the Clark Freeport Zone.

Along with the horizontal development is the completion of the following: (1) road network with sidewalk, (2) storm drainage, (3) potable water and fire protection line, (4) sewer line, (5) roughing of electrical underground distribution, (6) roughing of telco, CATV, CCTV underground distribution, and (7) street lightings.
