Udenna Foundation and Worklink help bring smiles to Typhoon Odette Victims

The Udenna Foundation together with Worklink Services, Inc., and Operation Smile, distributed relief goods in hope of bringing comfort to our fellow Filipinos who suffered the onslaught of Typhoon Odette in December 2021.

Four hundred forty-five boxes containing bottles of drinking water, medicines, hygiene kits, clothing, face masks, and food were transported from Makati to Cebu through Worklink Services, Inc. who was more than willing to extend a helping hand to our communities in need.

UDENNA Foundation President Cherylyn C. Uy said, “We are glad we can be of help to our kababayans who were left vulnerable by Typhoon Odette. We enjoin everyone to seek ways to contribute to social good in any way they can.”

“We are thankful to Operation Smile for reaching out and collaborating with us to spread kindness to victims of Typhoon Odette. It is in these times that we put our spirit of Bayanihan to work, helping our fellow Filipinos rise above adversity,” said Dennis Uy, Chairman and CEO of the Udenna Group.

This initiative is part of Operation Smile Philippines Foundation, Inc.’s Oplan Smile Calamity Relief Operations, aimed to extend help to our countrymen who are in dire need of basic life supplies, and the Udenna Foundation’s UCARE or CommUnity Care program that aims to find synergies across the different companies under UDENNA to feed, protect, and transport the community.
