Trans-Asia and Starlite Ferries partner with Cebu City Gov’t for “Libreng Sakay Pabalik Sa Cebu” Program

The “Libreng Sakay Pabalik Sa Cebu” Program will run from August 1 to 30, 2020

Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Inc. and Starlite Ferries, Inc., major subsidiaries of Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp., offer free ‘Balik Cebu’ trips to Cebu City residents. This is made possible by the partnership with Cebu City Government which will run from August 1 to 30, 2020. 


All Cebuanos who were stranded outside Cebu City can now easily avail a free ride back home, covering the following routes:

Now that Cebu City has been declared under GCQ on August 1, Trans-Asia and Starlite are ready to sail again and take valued passengers to their desired destinations.
