Clark Global City (CGC), a 177-hectare master-planned, mixed-use estate envisioned to be the next Business Center of Excellence, is now home to First Clark Serviced Residence — the first service apartment building in CGC.

As more businesses and people move to CGC, First Clark Serviced Residence will be there to serve as their second home. This 16-storey building will have 286 units and is targeted to be completed by the end of 2024. 

To jump-start the construction of the First Clark Serviced Residence, Myung Dang Plus Development, Inc., FineTME Inc., and Udenna Land, Inc. (ULI) held a groundbreaking ceremony last November 11, 2022. Gracing the event were Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, President of Clark Development Corp. and Wilfredo Placino, President of ULI who shared that this project is a first in CGC since the pandemic struck — a truly significant milestone for the ULI team.

This development is a testament that CGC will be the next Commercial Business District outside Mega Manila. We are optimistic that more investors will follow soon with the Philippine economy gradually recovering,” Placino remarked.
