Ms. Braga is a Director and the Vice President – Finance of Udenna Corporation.

She also serves as the Vice President- Finance of the Udenna Group of Companies.

Ms. Braga is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of corporate finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining the Company, she was formerly the Assistant Vice President – Group Controller of Lapanday Foods Corporation and former Controller of Macondary Agro-Industrial Corporation.

She was the Finance Manager of RFM Tuna Corporation and the Asia Industries (Mindanao), Inc.

Ms. Braga is a Bachelor of Science Major in Commerce, Cum Laude graduate from the Ateneo de Davao University.

She began her career as an auditor of Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. in 1986
